Injection Molding Workshop
Automated plastic parts manufacturing capability supported by large-scale equipment, diversified material processing and intelligent production systems.
Equipped with a total of 90 injection molding machines ranging from 90 tons to 1,600 tons, the workshop employs around 250 staff.
It manufactures products made of various plastic materials, including ABS, PP, PA, PE, AS, PC, PBT, PVC, PMMA and more.
Robotic arms and product conveying systems are deployed to realize automated production, lifting operational efficiency and reducing defective products caused by human error.
Assembly Workshop
The workshop is equipped with 16 assembly production lines and around 200 frontline workers.
It undertakes the assembly of full sets of lamps for electric vehicles, as well as complete internal and external decorative parts for drum and top-loading washing machines used in home appliances.
We possess full in-house production capabilities covering a wide range of processes: ultrasonic welding, UV dispensing curing, hot melt welding, vacuum coating, screen printing, pad printing and hot stamping.
